The Chalet


Built in 1970 and completely renovated between 2023 and 2025, the chalet consists of two levels and can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child.

Ground Floor

A large room accommodating 4 people for the night; one 160 x 200 cm folding bed and two 90 cm beds that can be joined together. A shower room.

Washing machine and dryer available.


Upstairs

Magnificent living space with fireplace, sofa corner, and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen. A shower room and a bedroom. A charming mezzanine will delight your child or teenager.

Renewable Energy

In the warmer seasons, the chalet is practically autonomous thanks to photovoltaic panels covering the entire roof.
In winter, a wood pellet boiler provides heating and domestic hot water.

Rental

Generally, the "Yè Arnest" chalet is available for rent for 7 nights, from Friday at 3:00 PM until the following Friday at 11:00 AM. For the end-of-year holidays, the rental duration is 15 nights; dates are set year by year according to the holiday calendar.

Welcome

Regardless of your mode of transport, you will be welcomed at the Le Châble CFF train station, and we will accompany you to the chalet. If necessary, we will take care of your luggage.

During your stay, supplies are provided according to your needs. We remain, of course, available to help organize your stay.

We will be at your disposal to assist you during your stay.

We will share our knowledge of the region and our mountain experience to help you make the most of your time here.

To save you a trip down to the valley, if you wish, we voluntarily provide a weekly supply run based on a list you send us. If necessary, other supply runs can be organized against reimbursement of costs.

Access to the 'Yè Arnest' Chalet

From December to April

After the first snowfalls, access to the chalet is by ski, ski touring, or snowshoe. These original means of access guarantee a unique experience…

By Ski

From the bottom of the La Chaux slopes, the entry point to the Mont Fort sector, descend off-piste for 300m of elevation gain on a gentle slope. Some off-piste ski experience is recommended. This variant is the simplest and fastest when the Verbier ski area is open.

By Ski Touring

Via the Mayens road from the village of Sarreyer (approx. 2 hours). b) From Verbier, via Clambin, the Combe de Montagnier, and Les Charrières (approx. 2.5 hours).

By Snowshoe

Use the same access routes as for skiing.

Spring, Summer, and Autumn

From mid-May to mid-November, the chalet is easily accessible by vehicle via Sarreyer and the Mayens road.
